My speculation: Soogyu have a twitter account and probably know juice-nim too and they sometimes casually see the headlines of what they told about each other. Beomgyu is probably too shy/awkward to directly say to soobin that he really loved and appreciated how Soobin does so much for him. That's why he comes to us and tells about his overwhelming joy of feeling loved. It helps him let out his overwhelming emotions of gratefulness and it also helps to convey the message to soobin that he really appreciates that effort.
