As a person who has been following TXT and Soogyu contents religiously since late 2019, it's crazy to me how some people (probably new fans/solos) are saying that Sb is getting closer to Bg "now" or "since last year". I feel like writing a whole documentary about how Soobin has always liked/adored Beomgyu since 2019 or even before. I was watching the 2020 comeback countdown vid and once again remembered that Soogyu literally had that comfort-bond since long back, it was always there behind the scenes and they simply used to 'talk' about what they did MANY times like they are doing now too, and they did not show it much on camera and additionally people never used to think about what they used to say about each other on vlives a lot back in 2021. Now that it is shown on camera directly, they suddenly claim that it is made up 🤡
Anyways, at the end of every year I never ask the universe for much Soogyu contents on-cam cuz I know they're good even off-cam hence I can bear not seeing their interactions on cam as long as they were well together. I only used to wish for their happiness because they both had difficult times and needed someone to rely on during work. Turns out they are each other's happiness so wishes do come true.
I'VE BEEN SAYING THIS!! but, it's wild to say that the moments were not shown on cam, because even I noticed it back then when I wasn't a soogyuist yet (#iykyk).
Sooooo... I was away from the fandom after they ended their first album promotion since it was my busiest year, but when I came back and caught up with the contents I was so confused because why are these two members from this one rare ship always together? ??? did i miss something ? and hell yea i missed out on so much bc of selective shipping back then.
the thing is, their moments were always the low-key type, like random holding hands or hanging out behind the scene, or beomgyu sticking to soobin (back then the dynamic was... kind of different? idk if u get me but the bickering didn't start until later on). anyways! their moments weren't the ones like IN YOUR FACE ! but if you have soobin/beomgyu as your bias, you won't be able to miss these tiny details, stories they shared, how they took care of each other even back then c:
tbh even until now, their moments are not really the typical fanservice for me? i mean, we got beomgyu trying to kiss soobin 4 times in one day, but like where are the couple skits or pick up lines or homoerotic photoshoots/choreography? if ppl are saying that soogyu are doing fanservice, my yaoi need is not really Serviced as a fan.
but kidding aside, maybe their kind of fanservice is sharing the little tmis about their daily life because they make each other happy and they know that it makes us happy that they're happy </3 also I was skimming through the first memories and gooood if u wanna see 2019 soogyu, we got a lot there and barely anyone talks about it since it's a paid content. AND OH YEAAHHH most of txt contents from 2019 were not subbed so they're like......... lost contents. somewhere in the internet, never explored by soogyuists... rip.
