believe it or not i don't really. get art block? at least not over the span of days so i usually just wait it out
drawing is a good way for me to deal with stress and i'll also just listen to videos or music at full volume (autism swag)
another thing is that sometimes i tell myself that things are gonna be fine because honestly. most of the time it is for me. but if you're going through anything that makes you really feel like it won't be just know that things genuinely can't be awful forever, trust me
