lately my fav has been that yuuji noticeably acts different around choso, like outwardly seems more guarded and short with him and people around him are like "whoa, I've never seen itadori act this way..."
i think i've talked about this more in depth before but yeah, i just love that he feels off balance and kind of embarrassed by the amount of unconditional love that choso just exudes in his gaze 🥺 because he doesn't know what to do with it, but a part of him has always craved this kind of warmth?! but it's a part he's kept pushed down and hidden since he was little...and as a result of not knowing how else to confront these conflicting feelings, he uses little kid defense mechanism of being pouty and denying LOL like he is losing his cool.... and if anyone were to point it out to him he would be shocked cause he wasn't aware of it, and then only dig his grave even further by becoming flustered and childishly denying it <3
