Is it okay if I write a piece without yet having read the full book? Also, is there any compulsion to sign up for the event if we have submitted the interest check?
You don't have to sign up if you don't want to! We'd love for you to participate, but we understand that this can be a large obligation. We also don't require that you have read the whole thing yet; just be mindful to take steps to avoid spoilers if that's what you want!

Hello! We've received your feedback and after checking with the carrd we found a few links that hadn't been updated to our current usernames! Thank you for pointing this out and thank you for your patience with us while we fixed this issue. As of now the issues should be fixed but feel free to let us know if we missed anything.

Why is this labeled a big bang when the word count is for a mini bang?

there is grace is stepping away. 2ha has a relatively healthy fandom and you're not doing it justice associating it with so much drama, no matter who's 'right' and 'wrong'. let the fandom have an event by a different mod team, so more people sign up and are happy and excited. this is just.. sad and does 2ha disservice.
While we are trying to approach each question and concern with tact, we also have remind everyone that they are not required to participate. The fact that there has been so much discourse over a small event coordinated by a tight-knit team is not indicative of a "relatively healthy fandom." We are here because we want to be, not because of—or in spite of—how you feel the event should be run or who should be invited. We will not be making any changes to the team. If you would like to organize an 2HA event, such as a big bang, we sincerely encourage you to do so! There are many helpful resources online to guide you in organizing your own event.

Do I have to be 18 to sign-up if I’ll turn 18 when sign-ups will close?
Yes, as erha is a very dark and nsfw novel we ask all participants to be 18+.

Will we be allowed to have our own (paid) proofreader? Some events don't let people from outside the server read anything from inside the event. In my last event, I asked to have a professional assist me, and they were OK with a paid proofreader.
While we would appreciate you using internal beta readers for your work, as long as your work is kept private between you and your proofreader then none of us are opposed. Please just make sure that you are taking the proper precautions to prevent your work from being leaked to artists.

All moderators in the event have been thoroughly vetted. If you do not like the decisions we have reached, you are not required to participate. All individuals leading this event are wholeheartedly against the genocide of the Palestinian people. Antisemitism and witch hunting will not be tolerated within the event. (This is the only question on this subject that will be answered, unless the questions are submitted in good faith).

With all due respect, the Erha community is notoriously hateful and unpleasant. How will you guarantee that people feel safe in the event? If people don't like someone, will you let them get ostracized? How will you deal with slurs or inappropriate behavior from people who abhor main ship breaking? Will you cave when getting yelled at? I'm sorry, but most admins I've seen on these things so far are cowards. How can we know you won't be one, too?
We've already had a few slurs in this inbox since our initial announcements so safe to say we're already getting a taste of this. We plan to stand strong against harassment and bigotry in any form, no excuses. Our event and corresponding discord server will have a NO DRAMA NO SHIP/CHARACTER hate rule and if someone breaks those rules, they're out.
