hello po :) don't take this negatively pero medyo bothered lang po ako sa thought na "nakasalalay 13th month" ni astrid 😅 mas better siguro if yung term is "merit" or "incentive" because 13th month pay po is an employee's right and it is compulsory to be given regardless kung ma achieve man ni astrid yung pinapagawa ng boss niya. ayun lang po hehe! na oc lang tong ate mo as a working girl na rin para di maging confusing sa iba 😅
