On a serious note though. It seems to me that, despite their contrasting personalities, they can give each other what the other needs. Florian may seem too annoying, but he seems like a person far from prejudices and conservative views, and Marta, who goes against stereotypes and discrimination, needs and appreciates support and acceptance, especially from someone who is equally brave and passionate about his work. And Martha, being a very caring and attentive person to his comrades, can give Florian the care and love that he needs. They are very similar in their aspirations, goals and ambitions, but at the same time they are different in some critical aspects, providing a good ground for conflict and growth of the characters of both.. I think that Florian would benefit from Martha's company and vice versa. And I don’t just mean that they could receive each other's support, but also having received a view at their problems from a different, but still slightly similar perspective they could reflect and learn something from each other.
