If it's the genre and scenario, I like it when the guy is oblivious to his lover's acts, something like Kiliu's works if you're familiar with that artist.
I love having them do it near the cucked guy, like behind a wall or something and also giving the lover back at the end of the story. Just to make em keep going y'know?
I also like edging the characters, like all party involved lol
Cooking the cuck and his lover in a high sexual tension room before throwing the lover into the bull's hands is pretty fun.

If it's for myself I prefer to play the mysterious force of nature making the characters do things. Think of someone playing with their sims lol
Since self inserting doesn't do anything for me, I just like to watch characters do lewd stuff I suppose.
