What was it like first time Luna turn in Lunagon or the other way around? How long does transformation take?

I imagine it happened when she was an infant and it was probably hilarious because knowing her luck it happened at like a school talent show or something. It depends, sometimes I imagine it quick and other times it’s like a gross body horror thing. Depends on my mood lol
