Maybe an odd question, but are items all produced separately and have their own production timeline (so some might be 100% done, while others are still being made)? Or are they all on the same timeline and will be finished at roughly the same time by a single manufacturer? Honestly just curious! :D

Hi there! we are 99 eligible orders away from the umbrella! The umbrella is only unlocked through the LE and Full, and Merch bundles! The half bundle sales were only eligible for SG 1 & 2!

Just a little confused, sorry if this is a dumb question- For writing samples (if we do 3), do we need to cap them at 4k per or 4k combined for all three?

Hi! Just double checking, but we should be leaving our names off of our samples correct? For writers should we still list cws/tags and wc in the doc as well as on the app form itself?
Hello there! It is not required to have your name removed from your samples. If we receive links to things like AO3 or twitter, we're not looking at follower count or if we personally follow the applicant, we're only focused on the content created.
For CWs and tags, you can list them on the app or specify that they're listed at the top of your document sample.

Hello, I'm interested in understanding the procedure for blind judging of writers. Can you tell me more about how this goes? I feel hesitant to apply given that there are only 5 spots available for writers, a considerably lower number compared to other zines with applications. If I'm being evaluated against writers with more popular fics, then I'm afraid that the chances for smaller writers like me seem quite limited.
Hi there - happy to answer this for you, our process is as follows: blind as in the apps are being put into a separate spreadsheet with each person labeled as "app #" and the apps are reviewed by all mods. The only mod who sees all the apps as they come in regarding names and who has applied is the head mod, but our head mod is not paying attention to names vs app number as she moves them over for review. They're as blind as possible meaning we're not asking people to keep their names off their works or to submit portfolios separate from things like AO3, but we are avoiding looking at social media and numbers like hits if we do get directed to AO3.

NSFW is allowed so as long as there is a warning, so short answer: yes!

on the apps, it asks if I'm applying to other positions. does checking this count as being applied to that position, or do I need to fill out the other form for that position too?
If you are applying to more than one position you will need to fill out the form for each. For example, if you were applying as both a merch & page artist, both forms would need to be filled out. Hope that helps! Thank you for your question.

As a page artist can we submit our works earlier then the deadline? And if were picked to join this zine will contributors get a copy of the zine free of charge?
Hi there! Yes you can submit early and edit as/if needed throughout the process! All contributors are guaranteed a digital copy of the zine, but our goal is to break even and send all contributors a full bundle.
