you (or if you don't particularly care about yourself, whoever you love most) is threatened with certain death unless you do [X]. what's the last thing you'd want [X] to be? (sorry if this is completely incomprehensible.)
Something so disgusting that the thought of it alone makes me gag. I know I'm being vague, and I have several reasons for that. One of which being that if I went into enough detail, it would probably be indistinguishable from hard kink porn, but I digress. It'd have to be a one-time thing to really get me, though, give me no chance to plan a betrayal.
