Grey's is a bit erratic even when she has a consistent schedule. It's rare for her to remember dreams so anything recurring is hard for her to place.
Emily is consistently a good sleeper and is surprisingly amenable to mornings, even when she stays up late often (which she does). Dreams of being chased often.
Jia is probably the worst sleeper on account of her chronic pain. When she does dream it often feels lucid enough for her to remember.
Vera like Grey, has their quality of sleep vary night to night. Often dreams of traveling.
Amber sleeps like a log and is an early riser. Often dreams of building or seeing stuff constructed.
Chris errs toward poor sleep, doesn't remember her dreams much.
Sophia can get by with concerningly small amounts of sleep, doesn't have a hard time collapsing or waking. Dreams are often surprisingly chill.

I'll focus on the main SoulRes cast for this:

Grey: I feel like she'd like a lot of dairy-based stuff—coffee ice cream in particular. Not much of a cook and often eats cheap.
Emily: Big on anything meaty, typically red meat. Also loves energy drinks and sodas. Doesn't cook due to circumstances but would like to learn.
Jia: Warm but not spicy foods—enjoys breakfast meals like hotcakes, eggs... big coffee drinker. She can cook but it's rare, a morning woman she is not.
Chris: She’s somewhat pescatarian, preferring the finned stuff to the shellfish. She can cook on occasion but loves her wife's cooking.
Amber: She loves that wet stuff, soup and its ilk in particular (gumbo especially). She's THE chef.
Vera: They live for pasta dishes. They cook but don't often get the chance to.
Sophia: Prefers lighter yet balanced fare. Salads that cover a wide variety of food groups are her preference. Detests pizza in part due to her old job with Pizza Peeps. Disastrous at food prep.
