How does Hayzelle change sizes so dramatically and quickly?? Are they…magic? 🤩✨

As far as we know some characters in-universe can have hyper-flexible metabolism, almost like a power! Vino for example, doesn't, that's why he gains more steadily (and also why it's very unlikely that he'll drop the weight now that he's so massive since his first appearance!)
