I don't know if you're answering specific TA questions but I wanted to ask since I think it was mentioned before somewhere that Haruki would just be a short route if you ever decide to give him one. So as of now, is Haruki getting a full route like the other three or just a short route to please everyone who's thirsty for him?

A shorter route. I wouldn't dare make anything the size of the main 3's routes. Hell, I wish I hadn't made the main 3 that big to begin with. So yeah, Haruki's will be more reasonably sized and, as such, the plot will move faster.
