If a normal person is next to her, will they also be affected like her? I.e. if a human is standing next to her and the two are run over by a random steamroller, will the normal human be squished into a pancake or… …well, I’m sure you can guess.

What is the source of her body? Is she a toon? A half-toon? Some sort of accident? Etc etc

Bee just happens to get squashed with people who can also be squashed, she's just a very squishy person. Though I guess you could consider her a toon if you wanted. Normal people will still be normal people, they just never happen to be involved if she gets squashed.
