I've always enjoyed drawing but started taking it seriously when I was around 8; the best advice I can give is to find something you really enjoy and draw it over and over again, that's how I learned how to draw muscles lol. Also keep everything that you draw! It's nice to look back at how you improve and a good keepsake. If you're stuck with art that means you're improving! Getting too comfortable makes you take less risks (therefore not learning anything else) so take the time to draw things you wouldn't normally draw, always take breaks in between <3
