Oh DEFINITELY! It is a canon fact that Red can control every part of his body no matter if attached or not. SO he could "theoretically" (translation: he definitely did those before) detach his hand and have it fumble its way into my underwear to "tease" me in public situations, or pop off his entire upper body to allow for very interesting positions that wouldnt physically be possible for a human without getting seriously hurt, if not fatally hurt. Bonus points is that his genitals are made off magic, so he can shape it anyway he wants, form and size wise.
