Honestly I think one of the best snippets of advice I can give is to not grind too hard. Learn to enjoy the process, forgive the mistakes and embrace your quirks. Every artist I know who is laser focused on "getting gud" or their engagement numbers, are fucking miserable. It's just not worth it.
