Actually for real she kind of got used to live in stress during 10+ years, and is only after she starts feeling comfortable in Horus that this changes-- exercising helps tons, and she has to practice and train daily, the second best way after that that doesn't involve Rosefinch would be to eat (sometimes vent-eating), or relax doing/focusing on something else that gets her mind on a blank state.
