If your oc were to give someone a gift, are they the type to buy or make it?

Tyler would normally buy someone a gift because he's not really experienced with making gifts. However, he will definitely try depending on the person and present they want, he'll give you a decently knit scarf with a pretty shoddy design, and you can see bandages on his fingers
