In a previous question you said that your preference for wedgies to be cartoony or realistic tended to differ per character which character would fall to which?
Also what is the most over the top wedgie do you think you have written?
Well if a character tends to be more cartoony in nature such as say, Jake the dog from adventure time or Mr. Krabs from Spongebob , i'm much more inclined to make the wedgie grander in scale sense it doesn't seem unreasonable for the series. On the opposite end, characters such as Grizz from We bare bears or Sulley from Monster inc. who are slightly more grounded into reality, shouldn't be on the receiving hand of something such as a spider-web wedgie as it feel unatural within their universe for it to happen!
I'd say it was probably Jake's wedgie from the story "stretchy whities for a stretchy dog" he ended up in a massive spider-web of his own underwear gifted to him by The Farm

That's an interesting question for sure!
Incineroar is definitely my starter for its my favourite of the bunch!
Butterfree is also in the team sense he is my favorite pokémon!
Ursaluna is a must sense well..i am the bear guy hehe.
I think an Hydrapple would be interesting! I'm definitely curious as to how it would work to wedgie someone with multiple heads!
A gengar would definitely be fun too! They're usually the ones doing the pranking so it'll be fun to put one in his place >:3
As for my final pokémon, maybe Arceus if that's allowed? XP i think it would be hilarious to wedgie the god of pokémons himself!
If that's not allowed then i'll replace him with Snorlax for a gud ol cuddle buddy who i'll happily bully hehe

Do you prefer physically improbable and impossible wedgies (Like anything from a triple atomic to a wedgiesaurus) or more realistic and grouded types of torment?
It honestly depends on the character! If they are more grounded in reality i think going the realistic route is hotter. If they are very cartoony by nature, then the latter is definitely more fun to explore!
I attempt to do the same with my stories, usually reserving over the top wedgies for more cartoony characters ^^
