i kind of didnt, basically i went to this trans org in my city that helps ppl get resources, set up a zoom w them and said "i want top surgery" and they set me up with this doctor who used to be a regular family doctor but now he only takes trans patients bc its very needed. eventually got in to see that guy and he basically said "im sending u to see this surgeon, he's good" and i was like ok doc. so i didnt actually pick my own surgeon but it all worked out rly good.
