no, however they are governed by a very fascinating set of laws and conditions which are explained by Chaos Theory which is a subject as inscrutable as it is fascinating. I have been taking passes at the book Chaos by James Gleick for the past couple years and each time i do i understand a little more of the nature of chaos. i do recommend this book to anyone looking to read about the mathematical theories surrounding the structure and movement of nature.
