Oh, I've loved him since day one of finding out more about him; he always interested me, and I super hardcore got obsessed with shipping him and Morty, and I love him and Rick too; he's my yandere when I'm not making Rick my yandere lol. 
I really don't think he got a fair chance, in my opinion. I hated that they kept implying Rick and him would have this big showdown, and well, they did, but I thought he would at least stick around a lot longer than just immediately getting rid of him.
I honestly don't think he's dead, and I really do hope they are just trying to make us all believe he's dead but then show us he's not, lol. I feel like it was too easy to defeat him, and I will remain skeptical about him really being “dead.” 😂
