I'm an old-time friend of Eden/Kirby/Polaris (sorry buddy you have a lot of names) And I've seen.... I've seen too much. I've seen the document about his abuser who held him against his will, I've seen someone falsely accuse him of sexual abuse and romantically forcing him into a relationship. (No, he didn't by the way. Ricky was all over him rofl? He was flirttttyyy like I knew some frat boys at his age) And I've seen this debacle about Doc/Mikey and whether the guy loves North Star or not. Spoiler alert, he does lol. Bad. Like a damn puppy, kind of cute, won't lie.

Polaris isn't this evil, satanic, cave-dwelling, gollum he's been portrayed as. I'm nearly 40 and I've known Pol since he was, what, 18? I know bullshit when I smell it. I work with cows, I'd know. I've seen him and how he was treated in foster care, or by that fuckin' neck beard 40 year old that preyed on him when he was barely legal. We don't keep in touch as often as we can, life happens. But every time I talk to him he's nothing but kind and empathetic. He's a genuine soul, and he's just been surrounded by a cess-pit of people who don't get off the screen enough. It's pretty sad and ironic. Pol will focus on himself and his well-being, but the minute he ignores you too long all of a sudden you have to cause mayhem for him and his health. Because that's what the drama that you cause does to him. I've seen everything, because Star's been straight up with his faults and mistakes in the past every time he makes them. But I've also witnessed a lot of predatory people taking advantage of him as an empathetic and traumatized individual. And I don't always mean sexually predatory, I mean predatory in the way that they can use them as a punching bag to let off steam about whatever stupid issue is going on in their life. I just find it wild how a bunch of near 30 to 40+ year olds online have spent half a decade focusing on someone who was clearly traumatized or put into toxic and counterproductive home environments. No shit he was volatile to you back then. He was being poked with a stick everyday online, which was the one form of safety he had because his offline was turmoil. I knew his mother, I saw what foster care did to him, I saw it all.

So maybe sit the fuck down and shut up. Listening to a bunch of people who collectively have had their bridges burned with him automatically would have a bad story or take on him. It's human nature to want to be the victim of every story you're in.

Defending a rapist? Because you don't like someone because of art drama, or brony shit, or whatever? That's just childish. It's like a bully in the schoolyard picking on a smaller kid because their mom is mean to them at home. I hope these people are given mercy by the Gods when their souls are evaluated. Because they're going to need it.
