As an scenario why not make a haunted donut shop that appears out of nowhere and the main character is obsessed to it, no one else is able to see it or buy from it

This would be an interesting concept! Oddly enough, it almost makes me think of the wishing shop from XXXHolic, so maybe it'll be a shop that only people who want to gain can find? Seems like a good concept, I'll try to do something with it.
