Isolating myself from others is a not-so-fun way to get over a low mood, but I can talk about the things I like to do when I'm feeling low. First things first, do what you enjoy. I enjoy playing games, so sometimes I play casual and relaxing games. Read something if you like to read! Eat the foods you love as well, bud, preferably nice and good ones (try Fruit Tea Blackcurrant McFlurry if you haven't). A happy tummy is a happy heart—it doesn't have to be sweet if you don't have a sweet tooth. Watching movies can also help you focus on the present moment.
