I just went through a breakup, and everything I do feels so difficult. Give me some advice!

Waking up another day to grieve is alright, listening to sad songs to get your feelings validated all day is alright. Whether you choose to keep yourself busy or need moments of stillness, both approaches are alright as well. Each person has their own way and phase to cope with it, as long as you still put yourself first and take care of yourself. I’m speaking based on what did help me.. some activities that bring you comfort? Whether that’s spending time with supportive friends, immersing yourself in a hobby too. It’s possible to feel the absence of that certain someone along the way, moreover if you’re used to do them with the person but we have to embrace that feelings in order to make through it. Remember to be patient with yourself! I hope you’re well. And, I don’t know your other coping mechanism, but mine includes removing everything related to that person to reduce the triggers.
