The best job . . . Would maybe go to Chad. He's shipped with my best friend's OC Felicity, and they have a daughter named Lilybelle. They're the best in the sense of, they're just so unyielding in their love and support of their child regardless of their flaws and decisions n such.
The worst would be Zei. not because he's abusive or callous. But because he uh, may or may not have had her parents killed indirectly, and then raised her in secret, in a base that didn't have a lot of windows, and only let her outside when she turned 17. He did everything else the right wat. He was supportive, did what he could do to make sure she was living the best life he could provide
So far, I’ve only has Switch as the father figure. And honestly, I don’t have any dads who are being the worst nor do I plan on doing it. They are all good dads, and it feels nice to make stories or art about them doing good. Not that I hate bad dads. It just seems cliche to me. A lot of dads in fiction are either dumb, evil, or neglectful. And that’s honestly very tiresome to me. I like to shake that up.
Even though he hasn't been designed yet, my OC Ecko has a great dad, even though his role has been, shall we say... re-relegated. Still, he makes sure he provides as best as he can for his boy!
Worst father figure... well, this is MAJOR spoilers for my post-apocalyptic BL universe so I can't divulge names. But one of the regions has a tradition that if a ruler has a son, that son is never raised in the kingdom/tribe, only given important details from the king/rulervia a selected trustee. This is because kings/rulers are selected through battle and competition, rather than birthright. So even once the son beats their father, the rule continues in almost the same manner, with the populace none the wiser. So he's not BAD just so much as there's forced separation.
Oh all of the NoMo characters, I'm having a hard time picking.
I know Reyzor's probably the worst, because he just dropped Flair off and left, but the best is hard because most of the dads are moving mountains and changing their entire lives for the beneift of their children.
Sabre's trying to kick a Blackjack addiction to set a good example for not only his child, but his girlfriend's two boys.
Shanx is trying to take over a kingdom to ensure a stable household for his pups.
Flair channels his... behavior into being a present father for his kittens, teaching them everything he knows.
Von's dropped everything and became a full-time dad since Iris's birth.
Drayke's taken on his late brothers young children to raise along side his own.
It's really hard to choose. They're all doing so well. Might say Sabre though, since he's taken on children that aren't related to him.
