Any character I draw that has weird staring eyes and is not explicitly stated otherwise to not be chi-chi. She's a shape-shifting monster from the stars or the earth and eats ppl to turn into them like The Thing. There was a thread a bit ago I did on some facts on her but I'm too sleepy to link it
