It's ocean's fic because I bookmarked it. I cross checked and it's really her fic. Nothing has been changed. Only jeongchan to minsung. The author who stole did not link a twitter account, they claim that it's their first work and are in the process of opening a twitter account, which I believe is a lie. You should check this link
