I’ve kinda???? Seen some of it????? It’s a little too on the nose predestined for me. I think I like twst so much because there are definitely nods and sometimes super subtle hints instead of it being SO on the nose. Characters are more reimagined than retellings and aren’t related??? To Disney villains. Like Jamil Viper is his own character and isn’t dependent on Jafar as an ancestor or anything. His story hits similar notes and same dialogue at times but he’s very much his own character outside of “inspired by Jafar” if that makes sense?
