Coming to mind in no particular order:
- Made in Abyss
- Chainsaw Man
- Frieren
- Apothecary Diaries
- Mushoku Tensei
- Evangelion (original series)
- Mob Psycho 100
- Beastars
And for ecchi:
- Gushing over Magical Girls
- Konosuba
- Onimai (I guess more wholesome but y'know)
- 100 GFS
- Kill la Kill
- I really thought I had seen more ecchi anime, idk if most of these count..
