so we're allowed to have Aizawa with the student he's being fatherly with in a relationship/sexually as long as we also cover some of the fatherly aspects?

Hello and thanks for the question! Yes, this is correct! Aizawa can be shipped or not shipped at all with any character(s) just as long as he has some portrayal as a father figure.
