Normally when the form is open is when i take commissions, when it's closed, only the slots that are already inside the form will be taken, however it doesn't mean all of the slots that are inside the form will be taken, Whether it is because it exceeds the number of slots I am willing to take, or because I am not willing to take what the slot request itself.

but if you mean that when i finish the commissions i open again...well that's true, I try to make this monthly or at least each two months, depending the performance and the time
