My family and I were at Italian American restaurant in Orlando, Florida, we waited nearly 2 hours for our food and once again, it was ill prepared and in some cases - cold.
We complained to the waitress who couldn't explain we were wrong, so she got a bigger more aggressive waitress to tell us, to which my brother and I (both cooks) told her that we know how these are meant to be made, the meals were both vegetarian and she thought she could tell us they were just naturally worse looking because of that...which is not true.
