They also have prostitution, trading sex for food or other favors.

Cats don't go looking for dogs, but there's like a small chance that instead of getting mauled when coming across a dog you'll be fucked instead. Both could end with you dead depending on the size of the dog. But that happens more to the cats outside of Bloodclan. Bloodclan doesn't really have a problem with dogs roaming around.
