Spots was not his only victim, just his favorite one. If she was not available, he was fine grabbing one of her siblings, especially Red, to replace her. Redpaw did not have a good time when Spottedpaw changed to being a med cat. He also took Tiger, White, Brindle, and Frost. None of them know that each other were victimized by Thistle as he was good at making sure they never mentioned it and covering up his tracks.

He was his usual shitty self to Tigerpaw. Left him with aching muscles (and a sore ass) from over-training him. He learned all his mentoring skills from Adderfang, who actually treated him a lot worse, so stop crying Tigerpaw it's not that bad, jeez. You think taking a round from Thistle is bad? Ha! Adder made him practice his mating crouch from sun up to sun down if he complained once.

Annyway, after he was a warrior the ass of anyone who took a pawstep over the border was his. He was not gentle (a massive understatement) with whoever he got his claws on, whether they were a warrior or new apprentice. He also liked to pull cats over the border if they were standing close enough. No one fucked him, he did the fucking (except for Snowfur who pegged him on the regular). At least until he pissed off Riverclan one to many times and got his death by snu snu by that one patrol that caught him alone.
