I lean towards fast shrinking most of the time. I don't get too horny off the idea of the shrinking itself, but of the result that comes AFTER. Shrinking fast just expedites the process and gets to the GOOD stuff. That said, there are certain circumstances where I do enjoy some slow shrinking. In a situation where it give the person some agency to undo the effects but ultimately fails when its too late.
