Can minors participate?
Yes, minors can participate! The only restrictions are that they will not be allowed to make a NSFW piece, access the NSFW channels in the Discord, nor access the NSFW digital portion of the zine.

how will you choose the fanzine contributors from all those who apply? do you have any criteria or prerequisites?
When we look at the applications we'll consider each person's style and quality of work and determine who will be the best fit for the zine and its theme. Whether the contributor will be able to work inside the time constraints will also play a part in who we'll choose.

Can everyone participate?
It depends on the number of responses we get and the number of pages of the zine! We're aiming for 92 pages, but it might vary. If the number of contributors outnumbers the zine pages, we'll have to choose who can participate.

How would the pinch hitting work exactly, if it was ever to happen ?
If someone is not able to complete their piece, we will ask a pinch hitter to fill in for them on top of their original work. For example, if an artist cannot complete their single page artwork, we will ask a pinch hitter artist to complete that space along with their original contribution.

Will portfolios be required to enter this zine or are the 2 submitted finished works enough?
The 2 finished works are enough! They also don't have to be NieR related, you can choose any you want to show your style. :)
