Would I be allowed to join if I’m an artist who doesn’t have a pitch of my own but is hoping to collab with an author to draw something based on what they are writing?
Hello! Sorry the late response. Yes you can! You can select Yes in the form asking if you have a partner then, on the partner details mention you'll collab with a writer who are in the project. Hope to see you in the server!

looking at the restrictions are ambiguous works allowed? or must we state over 18 somewhere in the piece for it to count?
also what if you're doing a ghost (or other supernatural that doesn't age/is dead) related piece, if one died before 18 but has been dead for 100yrs, do things like that count as underage still?
Hello. Sorry for the delayed response. No need to state the character's age in your work. As long as your work implies or depicts the characters are 18 and over (including physical description and hints). This also applies for ghosts and other supernatural elements you want to work on.

may we make more than one piece? and if so must hey be spread to the two different files?
Hello. Sorry for the delayed response. Yes, you may create more than one work as long as your approved pitch is complete. Your succeeding work(s) should be discussed first with the mods before proceeding. And yes, your works should be submitted in different files/documents.

if we're allowed to collab how would i submit pitch ideas if i already have an artist i know im going to work with. would they just not put in ideas and instead fill in that they'll be working with me on whatever idea is picked from that?
Hello. Sorry for the delayed response. We'll have a field in the sign-up forms asking if the participant is pre-paired upon joining this project. Pre-paired artists do not have to state their pitches; they have the understanding of what their writer partner's pitches (including the context and theme) are and that these are to be approved. Both should join the project and state their partner's details correctly for their pairing to be validated.

Hello. Sorry for the delay. Yes, writers and artists will be able to collab. Collaboration requests between non-pre-paired writers and artists will start after the pitches are approved. Thank you!
