Do the quotes around Dian's profession of "Accountant" imply that it's a fake job or something? If so, what does he actually do?

His cover job is being an accountant, buut they're actually a hireable assassin/hitman. He's also hireable for something else ifyouknowwhatimean 👀
He dresses like that because it's just personal taste, and you always need to catch your opponents off guard 😌
