Excellent question... If he ate Ol'narach beforehand, anything he eats will give him gas, since thats how the substance works. In normal times, I would say that crudités like carrot or tomatoes, meat or some fruits like banae or apples don't give him much gas, but he'll often end up eating them alongside something else that has some gas potential...
