I in earnest tend to try and distance myself and break apart the things that bother me. If its art? I try to do studies to help me or find comfort in things I enjoy drawing. If its my life, thankfully I've been fortunate enough to get therapy and talk in earnest about my issues. Overall, having a good support system helps and taking things one day at a time help alot. Allow yourself grace to be upset for a day or two. I hope your doing well anon :(
