What's your favorite kind of food?
My favorite cuisine is Italian, surprising no one.
But my favorite kind of food? Sandwiches. It's a reflection for my time in college, where I would go to long seminars and spend the entire day jumping from conference room to lecture hall, without real breaks, and subs would be my meal them, I'd just bring one for lunch, and one for dinner, and so immersed I was in History I love to remember these days. Subs are still my comfort food.
