Honestly sometimes you just need a break for a bit and that's ok. Forcing yourself when it just doesn't work leads (in my experience) to being frustrated and struggling even more. Take a break, watching something dumb or funny. Maybe play a game for a bit. It's ok to take a break. Took me a long time to learn that.

All else fails, draw really really dumb dicks. Color them wild colors. Be silly, laugh at them.

Unfortunately there's no one "cure all" for art block. Depends on the person but my biggest tip is not to overwork it till your angry. That gets you no where.
