Introvert by nature, extrovert for survival. I was forced as a child to learn to "socialize" so now I can't turn it off, so whenever I'm outside or whatever I end up adapting to whichever social circle you put me in.

It's not that I fake a personality, but I know exactly what to say and how to act depending on who I'm surrounded by to make them feel like I'm one of them. In truth I'm a hermit at my core and while I do enjoy the aforementioned interactions (to successfully adopt the role of an extrovert I had to learn to actually enjoy those things) to some extent, most of the time I just want to go home and throw myself into my hobbies.
