do you know if it was said anywhere if dalv was a born vampire...? i just wondered if he was born or turn into one...

It’s not said anywhere by my knowledge. I don’t believe he would’ve been turned into one tho, he’s more monster than vampire. Just seems to borrow the aesthetics of one (at least from my perspective)
