I'm not familiar with how fests work - can multiple people claim the same prompt? Is it first come first served in terms of claiming prompts?
It is first come first served, so if you have a prompt you like keep your mouse sharp for our claiming countdown . In case of multiple claims, we will consider who submitted the claiming form first.

Hello, just wanted to say thank you for all the work you've put into this fest. Personally, I have to say I'm a slow reader, so the pace everything has been posted is more than fine. Hi mods! Thank you for this fest, there's something very alluring to me about this kind of concept, I can't say this on main with my government name because I'd blush lol so I'm here on anon. Thank you for your hard work, this looks like a lot to juggle and you've been amazing in all senses <3

Mod Raccoon, I'm sorry some anons are being insensitive towards you and your work, like telling you "you should do this and that" when you have told us you're just a raccoon... and I understand the sole mod of the fest? Even if you had a co-mod(s), still it's tons of work.
Maybe before there existed some tools or apps that could help you to let those tweets arranged or published but thanks to that clown melon who's taking away a lot of good stuff, then those tools are now impossible to use...
So, I assure you, majority of us have no problem how you're managing reveals. Thank you so much for your hard work!!
Also, being absolutely anonymous, thank you for all the exposition!! I've seen lots of fics got a boost in their metrics!! xD xD Readers are also loving this fest!!! xD xD
We actually have a wonderful mod team who are taking turns to do all the work behind the scenes. I don't think it would be possible for one person to do so much work. Thank you for the encouragement!

Hello! Thank you so much for all the hard work you and the writers have put into this fest!! It’s been so exciting to see the reveals with such a broad range of fics!! (I feel like it’s defo expanded my type of fics I read for sure 💜)
I was wondering if all writers submitted 1 chapter alone or some submitted more and will be released slowly? Ofc, I will wait always like a wife whose husband is at sea but was just wondering!

We accept wips so it depends on the author. Some have submitted multiple chapters, some are planning on updating after reveals. We also have completed fics

Would it be smoother and less wearing if mods alternate roles? One mod of five posting fics per day and all taking rest off day? But ofc do what's best for you I'm just chattering❣️
Please send us an email or dm us , i don't think anon would be enough to explain all the work needed (making graphics, organising order of reveals, making the fics available on ao3, adding moodboards etc)

Many fests make own tweets to each fic every xx minutes/hours and put them on threads later so that's one alternative! People also see all fics on AO3 so imo accessibility isn't a problem❣️
Yes but we have 18 days of revals and 140 fics and author reveals, there's only so much availability mods have .It is not easy to organise everything 🥲 . Maybe send us a dm and we can try to find a solution which is feasible

could it be possible to tweet reveals separately instead a thread? now fics in middle don't get as much exposure than others when there isn't given time to singular fics to shine either bc everything is posted in chunks :(
It would be difficult for people to access fics after the reveal day if we do that

i was a little bit (not little,,, but ok) sad bc one of my prompts got claimed but now it says that it's no more claimed and i was so so so so excited :( but i see a lot of nj-centric too so i got excited again to read hehe
