first holo girls no male collab policy was self imposed rules! it wasnt set up by management despite what people think. for me i dont care if they choose not to collab with males or if its corpo mandated after all it's bussiness in the end and as long the girls can handle their gachi and unicorn fans sure why not. though for me i like hololive because of the girls only interaction since its smth really rare in streaming industry! and it feels like i have female friends and its nice to see girls having fun w/o twitch e-girl tier drama lol, but if they choose to collab with males i dont mind either, same goes w/ holostars where i prefer boys only environment. its one of unique experience holopro offer and i can watch nijisanji if i want more mixed gender focused interaction
